# Pocket Dice Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-08-10 · Standard v1.2 · Ethos Unlimited (Noble Bells LLC)

**Every Ethos Unlimited Pocket app works the same way:**

- **We don't collect any data.** Everything the app does happens on your phone. Nothing you do in the app is recorded, stored by us, or sent anywhere.
- **No account. No sign-up.** There is nothing to register and nothing to log into.
- **No ads. No trackers.** No advertising, no analytics, no third-party code watching you.
- **Buy once, own it.** One price, one purchase. No subscription, no in-app purchases, and features you paid for never move behind a new charge.
- **Free updates.** Every update is free for as long as we offer the app. If we ever retire an app from the store, your installed copy keeps working.
- **Same terms, every app.** When you buy an Ethos Unlimited Pocket app, these are always the rules.

## SEN — motion sensors (motion-responsive Pocket apps)

- Purpose: accelerometer/gyroscope readings drive the app's motion-responsive tool or interaction, such as a level instrument or shake-to-roll.
- Behavior: processed on-device in real time. (No runtime permission required on Android for these sensors; no iOS purpose string required for standard device-motion. Verify per-OS at each release.)

App settings (for example, calibration or chosen tuning) are saved locally on the device by the OS and deleted when the app is uninstalled; they never leave the phone.
