License: one-time purchase, personal use, per your app store's account terms.
The Family Promise:
- We don't collect any data. Everything the app does happens on your phone. Nothing you do in the app is recorded, stored by us, or sent anywhere.
- No account. No sign-up. There is nothing to register and nothing to log into.
- No ads. No trackers. No advertising, no analytics, no third-party code watching you.
- Buy once, own it. One price, one purchase. No subscription, no in-app purchases, and features you paid for never move behind a new charge.
- Free updates. Every update is free for as long as we offer the app. If we ever retire an app from the store, your installed copy keeps working.
- Same terms, every app. When you buy an Ethos Unlimited Pocket app, these are always the rules.

Refunds: handled by Google Play per its policies.
Reference-tool disclaimer: Level is not for structural, safety-critical, or professional certification use.
Warranty & liability: Every Pocket app is provided AS IS. We work hard to make these tools accurate and dependable, but we can't promise they are error-free, and they are reference instruments, not certified ones — see the reference-tool disclaimer above. To the fullest extent the law allows, Noble Bells LLC and Ethos Unlimited are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using, or being unable to use, a Pocket app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Some places do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you; nothing in these terms limits rights that the law says cannot be limited.
Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
