Who we are and what this policy covers
Noble Bells LLC (“we” or “us”) operates the Ethos Unlimited / Pocket Apps website, currently available at ethos-unlimited.pages.dev and intended for ethosunlimited.com. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the website or email support@ethosunlimited.com. You do not need an account to browse this website. It has no checkout or contact form. The individual apps have their own privacy policies; this website policy does not replace them.
Information involved in visiting the website
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. When your browser requests a page, Cloudflare processes technical information to deliver the page and help protect its network and the website. This can include your IP address, traffic routing information, and other request or system information. Technical processing can occur even without website analytics. We have not installed advertising, behavioral tracking, or analytics scripts on the website, and Cloudflare Web Analytics is disabled. Our website code does not set cookies. Cloudflare may use cookies or similar mechanisms for security or traffic management, depending on the services and protections in use. This is not a promise that every visit is cookie free.
Information you choose to send
If you email support@ethosunlimited.com, we receive your email address, any name included with it, your message and attachments, and normal email routing information. We use this information to respond to your request and manage related support correspondence. Please send only information needed for your request. Do not send passwords, full payment card details, or unrelated sensitive information. Sending an email is optional; you can browse the website without doing so.
Providers and other disclosures
We use Cloudflare for website hosting and delivery and Google Workspace for support email. These providers process information as part of supplying their services. They may also process service or security information under their own applicable policies and terms. We may disclose information where necessary to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request, address security or abuse, or establish, exercise, or defend legal rights. This does not mean that information is routinely disclosed for those purposes.
How long information is kept
We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve your request and handle related follow-up, disputes, or legal obligations. Provider-controlled technical records, backups, and security records may follow different retention periods. Deleting a message from our active mailbox does not necessarily remove every provider-held copy immediately. We do not promise deletion from records we cannot access or control.
Your choices and requests
You can contact support@ethosunlimited.com with privacy questions or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We may ask for enough information to identify the relevant records and verify that the request is yours. We will assess the request based on the information we can access and any applicable legal requirements or exceptions. The rights available to you depend on your location and circumstances. We cannot make changes to a separate Google account or guarantee removal of independently maintained provider records.

When available, app-store links take you to Google Play, which operates separately from this website. Google’s policies govern information it handles there. Review the app’s own privacy policy and its Google Play Data safety information before installing. The same principle applies to any other external website you choose to visit.
